  3. Prepare Creamcheese filling -Pukul (kelajuan rendah) 500g cream cheese hingga lembut & masukkan gula kemudian pukul hingga sebati. -Masukkan whipping cream, plain yogurt & telur (1 per 1). Semasa masukkan telur jangan overbeat..guna kelajuan rendah saja..
  4. Kemudian masukkan lemon zest,esen vanilla & tepung jagung (diayak) gaulkan hingga sebati. -Keluarkan crust yang telah disejukkan tadi, kemudian tuangkan creamcheese ke dalam pan yang berisi crust tadi..
  5. Letakkan cheesecake di atas tray kemudian tuangkan air panas di dalam tray (jangan tuang kat dalam cheesecake plak 😅) -Panaskan oven, bakar cheesecake dengan suhu 160' selama 55 minit (ni oven saya) ikut oven u alls mcm mana....
