- Gaul bagi rata guna senduk kayu, jangan pukul bagi kembang.Cukup rata sekata je dah okay..
- Bila dah rata semua bahan tu masukkan tepung gandum,tepung jagung,baking powder dan serbuk soda bicarbonate..
- Lepas itu gaul bagi rata, kemudian masukkan 6 sudu besar minyak masak gaul bagi rata lagi..
- Last sekali masukkan 2 cawan butterscotch chip. Lebih banyak chips lebih sedap, nak tambah kacang badam or any kind of nuts pun boleh..
- Lepas itu dah siap gaul semua bahan dan dah rata, masukkan dalam peti ais biar selama 30 minit, Selepas 30 minit kuarkan balik ambil sudu kecik tu bentuk kan dia..
- Make sure bentuk kecik seperti dlm gambar ni. Nanti bila bakar dia akan kembang sendiri. Bakar atas api atas bawah suhu 150 selama 20 minit. Kalau suka garing lebihkan masa bakar..
- Bila dah masakkan sejukkan dlu then baru blh simpan dalam bekas. Butterscotch cips cookies is doneee!!!.
